REFUND POLICY

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Customers must provide proof of damage or defect (e.g., photos).

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Note: Change of mind, late orders, or expired items are not eligible for refund.
